Our production plant is located in Junagadh, the capital of the district of Junagadh at the base of the Girnar mountains, and is one of the state’s dominant groundnut producing regions. The plant is well within the easy reach of Gandhinagar, the state capital, and international shipping ports including Kandla, Mundra, and Pipavav.

In 1979, we founded our organization as a groundnut pressing and supplying business. Later on, in 2002, we migrated our organization to the castor oil manufacturing and distribution to the domestic market. And 2012 was the year when we began to offer our products to international markets.

We are now collaborating with more than 487 overseas clients in more than 65 countries with our experience in processing and class-leading technologies. We are embracing the privilege of being situated in the world’s largest castor producing area with more than 500 raw material suppliers of castor seeds.

In 2019, by the Companies Act, 2013 of India, the organization was incorporated to be a privately held company, and the company’s name has been updated to CastorGirnar industries private limited.

We have 6 production facilities and plants, such as Seed Pressing Plant, Castor Oil Cold Pressed Plant, Solvent Plant, Refinery, Derivatives Plant, and world-class warehousing facility, on the same premises.

We have a 220 Mt / Day expulsion capacity. ISO 9001:2015, ISO HACCP, KOSHER, and the International Castor Oil Association have certified our manufacturing facility. our products are now EU-REACH certified.

Our products range from various grades of castor oils, the cold-pressed grade of castor oil, and derivatives of castor oil like hydrogenated castor oil, 12 hydroxy stearic acids, dehydrated castor oil, dehydrated castor oil fatty acid, and ricinoleic acid. We have world-class warehousing facilities located at the plant, as well as in major ports such as Kandla, which includes packaging and raw material storage. According to our customer requirements, we offer a different type of packaging options.
